Can you undervalue the value on the shipping documents?
We can not do that. We will write correct value on shipping documents.
Can you ship to an address in Japan?
We can not ship goods to local address in Japan. We accept export only.
Can you ask sellers questions and negotiate price?
We are not in a position to do that.

When goods arrive at your warehouse, can you check the details of goods?
We check the quantity, color, size of goods. If any problem happen, we will let you know and we will solve problem with the seller

Fees

How much is your service fee for Mercari items?
Our fee is flat as JPY 500 per listing.
What is included in your service fee?
Our service fee includes the following services.
  • Purchase of items at Mercari
  • Quick inspection of items
  • Consolidation of items
  • Packing(using recycle packing materials)
  • Arranging shipment

Payment

What payment method do you accept?
All payment is made via wise.com, a world-famous payment service provider.
If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please let us know.
Can you accept payment by credit card?
Currently we accept wise.com only. By using wise, you can save total cost because of its better exchange rate of Japanese Yen.
wise has an option to use a credit card. Please check with wise.
When should I pay for the item and shipping?
When you place an order on our site, the item prices will be displayed on your cart.
If you confirm the price there, please proceed with payment.
After packing we will advise you of the international shipping fee.

Shipment

When can I expect shipment?
Generally shipment will be effected within 3 business days after receipt of international shipping fee.
What kind of shipment is available?
EMS, Small Packet, Surface, DHL, UPS and FedEx are available.
We will offer you each shipping fee and you can select
If goods are lost and get damaged after shipment, how do you compensate?
Except it is our fault, that is the customer's risk. You need to solve the problem with the shipping company.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

There was a problem with the product I received. Can I get a refund?
We can not accept any refunds or returns. Those items are used items, not brand new. Please carefully check the items before placing an order.
Can I cancel the purchase of an item that has not yet been shipped to your warehouse?
Basically, cancellation is not acceptable after an order has been placed.
We will accept cancellation only if we have not placed the order yet.
